Who we are

The Combine is a music marketing platform operated by Big Loud Rock. This policy covers thecombinehq.com, our team dashboard, and the fan landing pages we run for artists.

What we collect

• Fan landing pages: anonymized identifiers, approximate location (country), and page visits and link clicks, measured with cookies and the Meta pixel to understand ad performance.
• Team dashboard: the name and email of each team member who signs in, and the work they save.
• Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.
• Pinterest: when a team member connects their Pinterest account, we read their boards and pins and search public pins by keyword, to show visual references inside the dashboard. We only read. We never create, edit or delete pins or boards.

How we use it

To run and measure ad campaigns for our artists, operate the dashboard and answer messages. We do not sell personal information.

Pinterest data

Pinterest access tokens are stored on our servers and never shown in the browser. A team member can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or from their Pinterest settings, and we delete the token when they do.

Supabase (database), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (AI), n8n (automation), Google, Meta and Pinterest.
